We hope you love your order! If not, you may return unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective items within 7 days of receiving your package for a full refund.* 

How to Return - START A RETURN:

1. Include the original packing slip with your return items.
2. Mail to or drop off the item at the return address below.

US Customers: Print a prepaid return label from our return portal- the cost will be deducted from your refund. 

International Customers: You’ll need to create your own return shipping label.

Processing Time: Returns may take up to two weeks to process.

Parni maintains the right to deny the return if the item(s) does not meet the above mentioned criteria. 

Note: We can’t accept returns for clearance sale items, items purchased with a discount code,  pajamas, footies, or blankets.

Note: Please do not drop off your return at our Return Department location on weekends. Staff will not be present, and the package may be lost. 

Refund Policy:

Refunds are issued to your original payment method after your return has been processed.

Please allow up to 7 days for return processing or up to 2 weeks during the busy seasons. Once processed, refunds may take an additional 7 days to appear in your original payment method.

* Restocking Fees

 A $8 restocking fee applies per Little Parni item.

A $10 restocking fee applies per Parni item and Shoes 

* Return Shipping Fees

For orders with Free Shipping, the cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your refund. 

We do not accept any in-store purchased items.

For any issue you may have with a Parni item purchased in-store, please refer to that store’s return policy.
