Shipping policy

Parni and Little Parni offer flat-rate shipping prices:

• Standard:* Delivery within 3-5 business days: $7.95

• Expedited:* Delivery within 1-2 business days: $19.95

• International: Delivery times vary:  $40.00

Handling time on all orders is 1-2 business days.

International duties are the responsibility of the purchaser. Taxes vary depending on the destination country. 

If the shipment is marked as delivered but was not received:

• Please file a claim with the carrier using the tracking number, and we will refund you the amount once received. 

Shipping: We do not take responsibility once an order has been delivered. If you would like your package to be signature-required, please select the signature-required option at checkout. 

Shipping insurance will insure that your clothes are en route, from when it leaves our warehouse until it is delivered to your door/building. Once the carrier marks it as delivered, it will no longer be covered by our shipping insurance, and we cannot account for your order.
