Shipping policy
Parni and Little Parni offer flat-rate shipping prices:
- Standard:* Delivery within 3-5 business days: $7.95
- Expedited:* Delivery within 1-2 business days: $19.95
- International: Delivery times vary: $40.00
Handling time on all orders is 1-2 business days.
International duties are the responsibility of the purchaser. Taxes vary depending on the destination country.
If the shipment is marked as delivered but was not received:
- Please file a claim with the carrier using the tracking number, and we will refund you the amount once received.
Pickup: You are responsible to pick up your order from the front mailbox on the day it is confirmed as available. We are not responsible for orders that are left out for more that 24 hours.
Shipping: We do not take responsibility once an order has been delivered. If you would like your package to be signature-required, please select the signature-required option at checkout.
Shipping insurance will insure that your clothes are en route, from when it leaves our warehouse until it is delivered to your door/building. Once the carrier marks it as delivered, it will no longer be covered by our shipping insurance, and we cannot account for your order.
