Canceling an Order: Canceled orders are subject to a $5 cancellation fee

Return Policy: For full-priced items only

We hope you love what you ordered, but in case you don't, Parni will gladly accept returns on unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective items for a full refund* within 7 days of receiving the package.

How to Return - START A RETURN:

Include the original packing slip.
Mail or drop off the item at the return address below.

US Customers: Print a prepaid return label from our return portal.

International Customers: You’ll need to cover return shipping costs.

Note: We can’t accept returns for closeout, sale items, items purchased with a discount code, pajamas, footies, or blankets.

Processing Time: Returns may take up to two weeks to process.

Parni maintains the right to deny the return if the item(s) does not meet the above mentioned criteria.

Note: Please do not drop off your return at our Return Department location on weekends. Staff will not be present, and the package may be lost.

Refund Policy:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after we receive your return. Processing may take up to seven days. During the busy season, returns may take up to 2 weeks to process, and refunds typically take another 7days to process.

* Restocking Fees:

A $8 restocking fee applies per Little Parni item.

A $10 restocking fee applies per Parni item

All shoes are subject to a $10 restocking fee.

*Shipping Fees

Returned items purchased with Free Shipping will have an outbound shipping fee of $7.95 deducted from the total refund.

For any issue you may have with a Parni item purchased in-store, please refer to that store’s return policy.
