Canceling an Order: Canceled orders are subject to a $5 cancellation fee
Shipping: We do not take responsibility once the order has been delivered. If you would like your package to be signature required, please select the signature required option at checkout.
Shipping insurance will insure that your clothes are en route, from when it leaves our warehouse until it is delivered to your door/building. Once the carrier marks it as delivered, it will no longer be covered by our shipping insurance and we cannot account for your order.
Return Policy: For full-priced items only
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective items for a full refund within 7 days of receiving your order.
How to Return:
- Include the original packing slip.
- Mail or drop off the item at the return address below.
US Customers: Print a prepaid return label from our return portal.
International Customers: You’ll need to cover return shipping costs.
Note: We can’t accept returns for closeout, sale items, pajamas, footies, or blankets.
Processing Time: Returns may take up to two weeks to process.
Parni maintains the right to deny the return if the item(s) does not meet the above mentioned criteria.

Note: Please do not drop off your return at our Return Department location on weekends. Staff will not be present, and the package may be lost.
Refund Policy:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after we receive your return. Processing may take up to seven days.
A $7 restocking fee applies per item.
For any issue you may have with a Parni item purchased in-store, please refer to that store’s return policy. As for Parni items purchased directly from our website, if there is an issue, please contact us at info@parnidesign.com.
