Shipping & Returns
Parni and Little Parni offer flat rate shipping prices:
- Standard:* Delivery within 3-5 business days: $7.95
- Expedited:* Delivery within 1-2 business days: $19.95
- International: $40.00
If shipment is marked as delivered but was not received:
- Please file a claim with the carrier using the tracking number and we will refund you the amount once received.
Handling time on all orders is 1-2 business days.
Return Policy - for all full priced items
We hope you love what you ordered. But in case you don't, Parni gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased online, for a full refund* within 7 days of receiving the package. Mail to, or drop off the merchandise with the original packing slip to our return department listed below. Returns sent in after the return period will only receive 50% of the item price. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. During busy season, returns can take up to 2 weeks to process, and refunds typically take up to 7 business days to process.
Any issue you may have with a Parni item purchased in store, please refer to that store's return policy. As for Parni items bought from our website, if there is an issue with an item, our company will handle the return according to our online store policy.
NOTE: Please do not drop off your return at our Return Department location on weekends. Staff will not be present, package may be damaged or lost.
*If items are returned and less than $150 of the order is kept, the outbound shipping fee will be deducted from the refund. This will be the actual cost of shipping, and might be more that the flat rate of $7.95.
* All closeouts, sale items, pajamas, blankets, and stretchies (footsies) are Final Sale.
* Returned items that were purchased with Free Shipping will have an outbound shipping cost of $10 + $7 restocking fee each item returned.
* All returns of merchandise that total more than $100 are subjected to $7 restocking fee for each item.
